Initiate Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original OMHU packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
